The Internationalization Action Plan of the Department of Electronics and Computer Technology, aims to promote the internationalization of this Department, being the proposed actions aligned with the Strategic Plan for Internationalization of the University of Granada, as required by the DC3 Internationalization objective of the Contract Program. In this way, through this plan, this Department makes a firm commitment to encourage, facilitate and promote the mobility of all its members and their internationalization through different actions, which are reflected in this plan.

Action 1: International relatioships
1A) Take care of the existing collaborations with international companies, which will allow to maintain the existing agreements and contracts through the OTRI-UGR. Explore also new opportunities for collaboration with international companies.
1B) Promote collaboration with international research groups. So this action intends to continue making the necessary efforts to maintain these collaborations and look for new research groups with which to collaborate.
1C) Promote the formation of consortium including members of the Department as participants for the request of projects within international calls.
1D) Support to the members of the Department when act as evaluators of international projects.
1E) Promote the participation of international companies in talks and conferences in grade and posgrade studies in which the Department participates.

Action 2. International mobility
2A) Prepare the Teaching Organization Plan (Plan de Ordenación Docente, POD) considering the international mobility of the Department's members. The teaching tasks of each professor and researcher will be assigned taking into account the international mobility periods foreseen.
2B) Maintain, and, if possible, increase the number of Department professors who support and guide Erasmus students through their mentorships.
2C) Promote the Erasmus mobility of teachers.

Action 3. Support for international researchers
3A) Support international researchers who contact with the Department to request postdoctoral fellowships.
3B) Facilitate the direction and defense of PhD Tesis of international students.
3C) Promote obtaining the international mention of the PhD directed by members of the Department.

Action 4. Improvement of the language training for teachers.
4A) Encourage the members of the Department to carry out linguistic training actions, such as the editions organized by the Quality Unit, Teaching Innovation and Foresight of the University of Granada.
4B) Promote the realization of the didactic material in English.

Action 5. International visibility
5A) Facilitate the content of the Department's website in Spanish and English.
5B) Promote the Department's image internationally.
