La oferta de trabajo es para la empresa ELPIDA, en Munich. Buscan gente para dos proyectos que empezarán en octubre de este año.

Requisitos:

General:

- Degree in electrical engineering or physics

- Good english written and spoken

- Independent and proactive way of working

- Teamplayer and ready to work in an international working environment

Expertise in te following areas are desirable:

For A:

- Mixed signal CMOS circuit design

- Simulation tools for circuit design (HSpice, Nanosim, XA)

- Cadence development environment (Composer, Virtuoso)

For B:

- Digital (Semicustom) Design Flow

- VHDL, Verilog, TCL, Perl

- RTL Compiler, Design Compiler, Encounter, IC Compiler, PrimeTime, ETS

- Mixed signal CMOS circuit design

Elpida Memory is a manufacturer of Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) semiconductor memories wiht more than 3,000 employees. As a recognized glober player, ELPIDA developed innovative DRAM solutions for PC, server, mobile applications and cosumer electronics. In Munich Development Center ELPIDA are developing, testing and characterizing industry-leading DRAM memories, which are used in high-performance graphics applications such as graphic cards, game, consoles, and high performance computing.

To support their graphics DRAM business in Munich tey are looking for a:
A- (Senior) Developmen Engineer, Analog & Mixed Signal Design (m/f).
B- (Senior) Development Engineer, Digital (Semicustom) Design (m/f).
